  • Orange Level 5 Warning: Severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours causing flooding of roads and bridges, damage to infrastructure and agricultural disruption over the eastern Free State, extreme east of North West, southern Gauteng, and extreme south-western Mpumalanga.
  • Yellow Level 4 Warning: Severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours, localised flooding, hail, and lightning expected in extreme south-central Limpopo, northern Gauteng, the Mpumalanga Highveld, and north-eastern KwaZulu-Natal.
  • Yellow Level 2 Warning: Severe thunderstorms expected to cause localised damage and flooding in central Free State, eastern North West, southern Limpopo, and north-eastern Mpumalanga (excluding the north-eastern Lowveld).
  • Yellow Level 2 Warning: Disruptive rain expected to cause localised flooding in the eastern half of the Eastern Cape’s coast and interior.
