- Coastal winds leading to difficulty in navigation at sea between Saldanha Bay and Cape Point.
- Yellow Level 2 Warning:
- Damaging winds resulting in localised damage and difficult driving conditions along the Eastern Cape coast between Oyster Bay and Port Alfred.
- Damaging wind and waves causing disruption to small harbours and difficulty for small vessels between East London and Port Edward from the afternoon.
- Yellow Level 3 Warning:
- Damaging wind and waves disrupting small harbours and beachfront activities between Cape Point and Plettenberg Bay.
- Yellow Level 4 Warning:
- Severe wind and waves causing disruption to small harbours and risk to medium vessels between Plettenberg Bay and East London.
- Fire Danger Warnings:
- Extremely high fire danger conditions in the eastern parts of the Northern Cape, the western parts of the Free State, and northern interiors of the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.

- Coastal winds: Light and variable in the morning, moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, strong from late afternoon.
- Western Cape:
- Fine in the northeast initially, otherwise cloudy, windy, and cold with isolated showers and rain, scattered in the southwest. Partly cloudy from the afternoon.
- Coastal winds: Fresh to strong westerly to north-westerly, becoming southerly to south-westerly, reaching near-gale force along the south coast in the afternoon.

- Western Half of the Eastern Cape:
- Morning fog patches in the south, partly cloudy and cool to warm but cloudy in the south with isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior from the afternoon. Cold in the extreme southwest.
- Coastal winds: Fresh to strong south-westerly, reaching gale force from late morning, moderating in the evening.
- Eastern Half of the Eastern Cape:
- Cloudy in the southwest, fine and warm to hot elsewhere, becoming cloudy along the coast and adjacent interior with isolated showers and rain in the afternoon.
- Coastal winds: Moderate to fresh south-westerly, strong to gale force in the south in the afternoon, spreading northwards in the evening.
- KwaZulu-Natal:
- Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy to cloudy in the southern and eastern parts from late afternoon into the evening.
- Coastal winds: Moderate to fresh northerly to north-easterly in the north, otherwise light and variable, becoming moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly in the south from the afternoon, spreading northwards and reaching near-gale force in places in the evening.
- UVB sunburn index: Extreme.
