Yellow Level 2 Warning:

  • Severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours, damaging winds, and large hail are expected over most parts of central and southern KwaZulu-Natal in the morning, leading to localised flooding of roads and damage to infrastructure.
  • Wind and wave warnings from Saldanha Bay to Plettenberg Bay in the afternoon, continuing until Thursday.

Fire Danger Warnings:

  • Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in the Limpopo Valley, Western Bushveld, and central parts of the Northern Cape, including the Beaufort West and Prince Albert municipalities in the Western Cape.

  • KwaZulu-Natal: Cloudy and cool to warm, hot in places in the northeast. Scattered showers and thundershowers in the south, isolated elsewhere.
