- Gauteng: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn index: Very High.
- Mpumalanga: Cloudy in the morning, then partly cloudy and cool to warm with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the extreme north-east.
- Limpopo: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the extreme east.

The wind along the coast will be light to moderate westerly to north-westerly north of Cape Columbine, otherwise moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly. The expected UVB sunburn index: Extreme.
- Western Half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, except in the far west. The wind along the coast will be light easterly, becoming moderate to fresh towards midday.
- Eastern Half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy and cool south of the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the east. The wind along the coast will be light easterly, becoming light to moderate north-easterly by afternoon.
- KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog over the interior, then partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the west. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-easterly in the north at times, otherwise moderate easterly to north-easterly. The expected UVB sunburn index: Moderate.
