- Damaging interior winds are expected over the extreme western parts of the Northern Cape, causing localized damage to settlements.
- Fire Danger Warning:
- Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in the western parts of the Northern Cape.
- Advisories:
- Heatwave conditions with persistently high temperatures are expected over the Richtersveld Municipality of the Northern Cape, extending into Nama Khoi, Kamiesberg, and Matzikama Municipalities in the Western Cape from Thursday until Saturday.

Cape Town
On Thursday, Cape Town will experience partly cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging from a low of 12°C in the morning to a high of 24°C in the afternoon. Winds will be moderate, blowing from the south-southeast at around 27 km/h. The day will remain overcast during the evening, with temperatures dropping to around 19°C.
Durban
Durban will experience partly cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging from a low of 16°C to a high of 18°C. The morning will be mostly cloudy, with temperatures around 17°C, and it will warm slightly to 18°C in the afternoon under partly cloudy skies. Winds will be gentle, coming from the north-northeast at approximately 17 km/h, and there is a 10% chance of rain.
Johannesburg
Johannesburg will experience clear, sunny skies with a high of 23°C and a low of 8°C. The morning will start off cool at 12°C, warming to 23°C by the afternoon. Winds will be gentle, blowing from the east at 18 km/h, with cloud cover remaining minimal at 15%.

- Western Half of the Eastern Cape: Morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise fine and warm, but cool in the north and along the coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly, becoming strong in the afternoon.
- Eastern Half of the Eastern Cape: Morning fog in places south of the escarpment, otherwise fine and cool, but partly cloudy in the extreme east. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly.
- KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and cool, but cold in places in the west. Isolated light showers and rain are expected. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-easterly, becoming easterly to north-easterly from the south by late morning.
