- Heat Wave Advisory: Persistently high temperatures are forecast for the extreme north-eastern parts of the Eastern Cape, western KwaZulu-Natal, parts of Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Gauteng, lasting until Sunday. The heat wave will extend into Monday over the eastern and central parts of North West Province and the Free State

Cape Town
On Sunday, Cape Town will experience sunny weather, with temperatures ranging between 14°C in the morning and a mild 19°C in the afternoon. Winds will be moderate, blowing from the northwest at 29 km/h, and humidity will be around 71%. The day will remain clear with no significant chance of rain.
Durban
Durban will experience mostly sunny weather, with temperatures ranging from 18°C in the morning to a warm 24°C in the afternoon. Winds will be light, reaching about 11 km/h from the south-southeast. The day will remain dry with minimal chance of rain, and humidity will hover around 75%.
Johannesburg
Johannesburg will experience sunny and warm conditions, with temperatures ranging from 17°C in the morning to 31°C in the afternoon. Winds will be light, blowing from the northeast at 15 km/h, and the humidity will be around 22%, keeping the day dry and pleasant. The skies will remain mostly clear with no significant chance of rain.

- Eastern Half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy with fog patches and light rain in places along the coast and adjacent interior in the morning and again in the evening. Partly cloudy and warm to hot, very hot in the west.
- KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog patches in the north-east, otherwise fine and warm to hot, partly cloudy along the coast. Very hot in the north
