    • Disruptive snow over parts of the Free State, Eastern Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal, leading to traffic disruptions and possible closures of non-major passes.
    • Disruptive rain expected in parts of KwaZulu-Natal, with localized flooding and difficult driving conditions.
    • Strong winds causing risks to high-sided vehicles in the western interior of the Northern Cape.

  • Eastern Half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy and cold, very cold over the interior, with isolated showers and rain, scattered along the Wild Coast. Snow expected in high-lying areas.
  • KwaZulu-Natal: Cloudy and cold to very cold with widespread showers and rain, scattered in the south. Snow expected in the western and southwestern parts.
