Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg forecast: Here’s what to expect on Friday, 27 September 2024
Cape Town
On Friday, Cape Town will have partly cloudy conditions with a high of 17°C and a low of 12°C. The morning will be sunny and cool at 14°C, warming up to 17°C in the afternoon. Winds will be gentle from the south at 17 km/h, and the night will be clear and cool at 13°C.
Durban
Durban will experience an overcast day with temperatures ranging from 17°C to 21°C. Winds will be moderate from the southwest at 29 km/h. The morning will be mostly cloudy with mild conditions at 19°C, and the afternoon will be partly cloudy, remaining mild at 21°C.
Johannesburg
Johannesburg will experience an overcast day with temperatures reaching a high of 30°C and a low of 17°C. Winds will be from the west-northwest at around 32 km/h, making for a fresh breeze. The morning will start sunny at 22°C, with conditions becoming mostly cloudy and warm in the afternoon.

- Eastern Half of the Eastern Cape: Morning fog in places, otherwise partly cloudy and warm. The wind along the coast will be light south-westerly turning southerly to easterly in the afternoon.
- KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog patches over the western interior, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly, becoming moderate easterly to north-easterly from the south in the evening.
