Limpopo superstar Makhadzi has been thrust into a political tug of war after a picture of her decked out in ANC regalia surfaced on social media.

The internet has been divided by the image depicting the songstress in the ruling party’s gold, green and black colours. While the post was not published on her social media accounts, it was confirmed as authentic.
Things went sour when Athi Geleba, a member of the ANC and outspoken supporter of President Cyril Ramaphosa, posted the image of Makhadzi dressed in the party regalia.

The image painted a thousand words that have yet to be uttered by the songstress. No statement has come from Makhadzi in an attempt to clarify things.
Speculation has since been left to her supporters who’ve been hard at work, defending the star from associating with a political party that has lost favour with South Africans due to rampant corruption and broken promises.
