Showmax is ending 2025 with a wide-ranging selection of entertainment, just in time for the festive season.
What to expect from Showmax in December 2025
The streaming platform is rolling out original series, documentaries, comedy specials, and live sporting events, alongside international hits and family favourites.
Kicking off the month on 1 December is a trio of local titles: The Chair Company S1, Watson S1, and the first 10 episodes of iThonga.
For true crime enthusiasts, the docuseries Lockerbie: A Search For Truth lands on 11 December, followed by Helderberg on 12 December.
Festive content also takes centre stage with The Night Before Christmas in Wonderland on 14 December and Dear Santaarriving on 22 December.
Comedy fans can look forward to Marc Maron: Panicked (5 December), Caleb Hearon: Model Comedian (12 December), and the music special Wizkid: Long Live Lagos (26 December).
In sport, the Carling Cup Final will be streamed live on 6 December.
For kids, The King of Kings premieres on 21 December.
