The trailer sets the stage for a different level of humour in the show’s return. This time, Beauty (Thando Thabethe) and Sbu Twala (Sandile Mahlangu) have had a year to experience life in matrimony.
Heading towards the couple’s first wedding anniversary, tragedy strikes with the unfortunate passing of Gogo Twala (Nandi Nyembe), at the hands of Beauty’s sister Tumi (Busise Lurayi), who, by the way, almost ruined Beauty’s wedding in season one.
This time around, Tumi will have an uphill battle in trying to absolve herself from culpability in the passing of Gogo. But, somewhere in this tragedy, a silver lining appears, setting forth a series of events that will leave the audience bereaved and stitched with laughter.

The second season has, for the most part, retained its main characters. Lurayi is the central lead, assisted by Thabethe and Mahlangu.
The notable new addition to season two will be veteran actress Thembi Nyadeni who joins the cast to play Gogo Twala’s sister. Other cast members include:
