September brings a fresh mix of mystery, drama, and feel-good entertainment to Disney+, just in time for the start of spring.
What to expect from Disney+ in September 2025
Returning favourite Only Murders in the Building kicks off its fifth season on 9 September, continuing the misadventures of its amateur sleuths in Arconia.
On the documentary front, Sneaker Wars: Adidas vs. Puma explores the global sportswear rivalry through the lens of family feuds and brand wars, featuring commentary from global athletes and industry insiders. It premieres 24 September.
For something a little lighter, Chad Powers launches on 30 September. Glen Powell leads this sports comedy as a star quarterback who goes incognito to reinvent himself and lift up an underdog team. It’s designed for easy viewing with enough laughs to close out the month.
Other notable titles include LEGO’s latest Star Wars animation Rebuild the Galaxy: Pieces of the Past and the new season of Futurama, streaming from 16 September.
