Owens had taken to X (formerly Twitter) to express her views, stating that pornography is a “psychological weapon intended to weaken our men.”

She further described it as a tool of enslavement created by the “most depraved among our human race.”

In a series of posts, Owens argued that pornography promotes homosexuality, paedophilia, and incest, and urged for its ban.

“Yes—pornography is a psychological, spiritual weapon meant to deprave the tastes of men and women,” she wrote.

“Every year the porn offered becomes more depraved. They introduce young-looking boys and girls, trannies, etc while simultaneously teaching kids in government-run schools that it’s ‘healthy’ to watch porn. Communist Satanists run the Western world. They are targeting our children, men, and ultimately families via psychological violence.”

Cardi B, known for her unapologetically sexual persona, quickly reacted to Owens’ posts.

She took to Instagram to share her thoughts, questioning why there was such strong opposition to porn.

“Ommmggg why yall so against porn? Is it that bad for yall? I enjoy it but I don’t know I guess it’s like a 6 time a year thing,” Cardi wrote.

“I personally don’t feel no connection or addiction to it just a little quick one-two… NOTHING LIKE REAL INTIMACY.”

In another comment, she added,

“How? It should actually teach men how to please a woman.”

Cardi’s stance aligns with her public image and the themes often present in her music, including the hit single WAP with Megan Thee Stallion.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Cardi reflected on the backlash WAP received, noting:

“Maybe because we’re more mainstream now, the song reached more conservative people over the internet. I guess it made some soccer moms cry. But I cannot believe the song became so political.”
