Antonio Brown is the super villain he thinks he is and, right after walking out of the NFL (National Football League) fixture against the New York Jets, the wide receiver dropped a new single titled Pit Not The Palace.

Why did Antonio Brown stage a walk-out?

Things went awry during the third quarter of the game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Jets when, seemingly after an exchange with his teammates and coaching staff, Brown was seen removing his gear and walking off the field, throwing up peace signs to supporters.

While the Bucs ended up overpowering the Jets in a fiery encounter that concluded in a 28 – 24 score, coach Bruce Arians made it clear that Brown “is no longer a Buc.”

“He is no longer a Buc. That’s the end of the story. Let’s talk about the guys who went out there and won the game,” Arians said, careful not to reveal details about what caused Brown’s antics.

On the other hand, Brown took to social media to bid farewell to Bucs fans and his teammates, saying nothing about the walk-out that sent shockwaves across the NFL.

Fans, peers react to AB’s latest antics

Of course, AB’s shocking on-field antics prompted mixed reactions from social media. Suffice it to say, Brown has already been tagged as the first viral meme of 2022.

Here are some of the reactions we picked out from his peers and fans in general:

Antonio Brown drops new song amid controversy

Brown has said nothing, at this time, about his future in American football. All we have, at this juncture, is a brand new single from the wide receiver, where he vehemently chants, he’s from the pit not the palace.
