Deputy President Paul Mashatile will lead the country’s 2024 Youth Day commemoration at the old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo, on Sunday.

This year will mark 48 years since the 1976 student uprising.
The Youth Day commemoration will be celebrated as a national address and a careers and opportunities expo.
The proceedings will begin at 08:00 and run until 18:00.
