This Sunday, a new name will be engraved on the ICC Women’s World Cup trophy when India Women vs Proteas Womenmeet in the 2025 final at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.

It will be a historic clash for both sides. India will appear in their third World Cup final after falling short in 2005 and 2017, while South Africa will contest their first-ever Women’s ODI World Cup final , nd their first global final in any format.
