Cape Town police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Malcolm Pojie revealed that a meticulous investigation involving extensive tracing operations was conducted across various locations within the Cape Metropole.
Through the utilisation of comprehensive investigative techniques and the analysis of crucial forensic evidence, the investigative team successfully established compelling links between the four suspects and the heinous murder.
As part of the operation, law enforcement authorities seized a silver Nissan Tiïda and several cellular phones, which will undergo further analysis to provide valuable insights into the ongoing investigation.

The four arrested suspects, aged between 24 and 33, are due to appear before the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 5 June 2023, where they will face a charge of murder.
