Two of the four suspects accused of the brutal murder made their first court appearance, on Monday, where chilling details on how the victim was targeted on that fateful day emerged.
According to state prosecutors, it’s believed the suspects sat in during Gumera’s court appearance for a murder charge, to not only observe her cooperation but to provide the third accused, the alleged shooter, a detailed description of the target.
The incident unfolded in a chilling manner as the gunman was caught on CCTV cameras firing two shots at the back of Gumera’s head, killing her instantly.
Tragically, only one of the bullets claimed the life of Gumera, while the second struck a passing car. As a result, the accused are now facing charges of both murder and attempted murder.
