Watch: Tsekeleke 012’s family confirms he’s no longer managed by girlfriend Black Cat Girl

Tsekeleke 012’s family confirms his girlfriend, Black Cat Girl, is no longer managing his career.

Social media sensation Tsekeleke 012, real name Mixon Tholo, is once again at the centre of controversy as his family takes control of his management.

In a viral video released on TikTok, the family announced that they had removed him from the care of his girlfriend, Black Cat Girl (Mathapelo Kanyane), accusing her of mismanaging his finances and bookings.

In a candid and emotionally charged video, Tsekeleke’s family revealed they had sought assistance from social workers to secure an order barring Black Cat Girl from managing the entertainer’s bookings.

The family alleged that Kanyane’s actions were detrimental to Tsekeleke’s well-being.

The video also confirmed that Tsekeleke has been moved back to his family home, effectively severing ties with Kanyane on both personal and professional fronts.

According to the family, they will now directly handle all bookings and oversee his career to ensure his best interests are prioritised.

The drama unfolded after a series of incidents involving the couple drew public scrutiny.

In one instance, the duo was filmed begging for money at a taxi rank, a stunt Kanyane later claimed was staged for content creation.

The family’s decision to intervene came after mounting criticism of Black Cat Girl’s influence over Tsekeleke’s life and career.

What’s the deal with Tsekeleke’s finances? – Is he broke?

Questions surrounding Tsekeleke’s finances have persisted, particularly after accusations that Dr Malinga, who featured Tsekeleke on the 2024 single Tsekeleke, had withheld money from him.

Dr. Malinga has since denied these allegations, addressing the matter in a video where he clarified his role in Tsekeleke’s career and refuted claims of mishandling a R100,000 donation Tsekeleke received from philanthropist Morgan Mohlala.

Kanyane’s management of Tsekeleke also raised eyebrows, especially after the taxi rank video surfaced.

In the family’s recent statement, they implied that the entertainer’s financial troubles might have been exacerbated by poor decision-making under Kanyane’s watch.

Despite these claims, Kanyane has remained adamant that she never exploited Tsekeleke for personal gain.

“We are not poor,” she declared in a previous interview, insisting that the couple’s antics were strictly for online content creation.

With his family now taking the reins, Tsekeleke’s future remains uncertain. His online presence continues to grow, and fans are eager to see how this new chapter in his life unfolds.
