The last time we heard from the Wena rapper was in 2018 when he dropped the critically-acclaimed Iyeza.
After a two-year streak of obliterating charts with Iyeza and Be Careful What You Wish For (2017), Anatii fell off the face of the metaverse.
To many, he was not even a passing thought when Amapiano ascended to the top of South African music. His fans, however, never lost faith in the star and it seems, their patience will pay off soon.

No context accompanied the snippet released on the rapper’s social media, on his birthday. The 29-year-old was just grateful to be alive and, for the first time in years, he posted a carousel showing a leaner, and earthy Anatii. Some even swore he resembles Jay-Z.
