New on Netflix in April 2025: Top highlights of the month

April 2025 is packed with fresh additions across genres—from buzzy originals to long-awaited finales and all-time classics.

Whether you’re in the mood to revisit 80s high school drama or dig into gritty new thrillers, this month’s drop is loaded with options.

Leading the lineup is the final season of You, returning on 24 April 2025. Joe Goldberg’s chaotic story is set to wrap up in its fifth and final season.

Fans of dystopian storytelling can also look forward to Black Mirror: Season 7, landing 10 April 2025 with new standalone stories that tap into tech anxieties and moral dilemmas.

For true crime and documentary buffs, Oklahoma City Bombing: American Terror (18 April) and A Tragedy Foretold: Flight 3054 (23 April) provide deep dives into historical tragedies.

Food lovers get a tasty addition with Garnachas: Glorious Street Food! on 2 April, while kids and families can check out Unicorn Academy: Chapter 3 (9 April) and Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua Part 2 (25 April).
