Social media personality and comedian Druski, real name Drew Desbordes, has denied any involvement in the latest lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
What Druski said about the new Diddy lawsuit
The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham in October 2024, was recently amended to expose high-profile names, among them Druski, NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., and singer Jaguar Wright.
The allegations claim that Parham was “drugged, kidnapped, and raped” by multiple individuals, including some named as “John and Jane Does.”
Responding to the claims, Druski took to X (formerly Twitter) to deny any connection to the case.
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke, living with my mom, without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,”he wrote.
He added:
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
The lawsuit includes disturbing allegations against Druski, including claims that he used oil and lube on the plaintiff and “treated her body like a slip and slide.”
He is also accused of physically overpowering her due to his size.
However, these remain allegations and have not been proven in court. The authenticity of the legal documents circulating on social media has also not been independently verified.
Despite Druski’s denial, the allegations have sparked widespread reactions online.
What’s the latest in the Diddy case?
The lawsuit against Combs is one of many legal troubles facing the music mogul. Parham alleges that she became a target of Combs after she refused to engage with him on a video call in 2018.
She claims Combs threatened her, later held a knife to her face, and sexually assaulted her with a television remote control.
The lawsuit also accuses multiple individuals of participating in a prolonged assault, with Parham alleging she lost control over her body before eventually escaping.
Combs is already facing a federal indictment in New York, where he is accused of racketeering, sex trafficking, and running an operation that forced employees into long hours under threats of violence.
Prosecutors claim Combs used his power and influence to control and exploit individuals in his inner circle.
His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has denied all allegations, stating:
“Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY [Southern District of New York]. He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.”
Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn and is set to be arraigned on the new charges this week.
His trial is scheduled to begin on 5 May 2025.
