Diddy Trial Day 13: Testimonies, live stream and latest updates

Day 13 of the Diddy trial will resume with the continuation of Mia’s testimony, which includes claims of workplace abuse, control, and sexual assault.

The trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs will continue today with further testimony from Mia, a former employee who has accused Combs of both physical and sexual abuse.

What to expect from Day 13 of the Diddy trial

Mia began testifying on Day 12 under a pseudonym. Her direct testimony is expected to continue through the day, with cross-examination by the defense likely to follow.

Mia’s allegations have introduced some of the most detailed accounts of alleged abuse to date.

Her testimony spans incidents across multiple years and locations, including residences, studios, and international trips.

Prosecutors have indicated that Mia’s testimony may take the remainder of the week to complete.

What the court has heard thus far

Day 12 featured extensive testimony from Mia, who worked for Combs as a personal assistant before rising to director-level roles at Revolt Films. According to her statements, her employment involved long hours, high stress, and extreme demands.

She described working five consecutive days without sleep, enduring verbal abuse, and being denied privacy, including not being allowed to lock her bedroom door.

Mia testified that Combs was physically violent toward her and toward singer Cassie Ventura, for whom she also worked closely. She claimed to have witnessed Combs physically assault Ventura, including an incident where he allegedly slammed Ventura’s head against a bed frame, causing visible injury.

She also described events in locations such as Turks and Caicos, where she and Ventura allegedly fled to the ocean on paddle boards to escape Combs.

Mia described her role in organising hotel stays for Combs and Ventura, stating she was often responsible for preparing rooms with candles and supplies and later cleaning them to remove any evidence.

She testified that rooms were often left in disarray, sometimes with blood, broken glass, or oil on the walls.

Mia also made allegations of sexual assault, detailing several incidents where she said Combs assaulted her while she was employed by him. These included an alleged assault at a New York hotel during his birthday party and another at his home in Los Angeles while she was asleep.

She said she never reported the assaults due to fear, shame, and concern for her career.

Prosecutors presented corroborating communications and photos, and noted that Mia delayed sharing these experiences until after securing legal representation.
