UK rap sensation Central Cee has officially been announced as the first headliner for Hey Neighbour Festival 2025, set to take place from Saturday, 30 August to Sunday, 31 August at Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria.

Festival organisers confirmed that the 2025 edition will no longer include Friday, unlike previous years, making it easier for fans to attend without needing to take time off work.
The announcement of Central Cee has set fans abuzz. Known for his rapid rise in the music industry, Central Cee dropped his first mixtape in 2021 and has since become one of the most streamed British rappers globally.
Within just one year, he racked up more than one billion streams on Spotify alone.
Central Cee, born Oakley Neil H T Caesar-Su, has become a leading figure in the UK rap and drill scenes.
His unique flow and relatable lyrics have gained him a massive international following.
Fans praise his ability to blend hard-hitting beats with emotionally charged storytelling, making him one of the most influential young voices in hip-hop today.
While Doja Cat and Leon Thomas are set to close the event on Sunday, the full Saturday lineup has yet to be revealed.
Organisers hinted that more big names will be announced soon, but for now, Central Cee’s booking is the centrepiece of the opening day.
Hey Neighbour Festival 2025 will open its gates at 12:00 each day and close at 22:00, offering a full day of music, community, and celebration.
