BET Awards 2025: Here’s the complete winners list

The 2025 BET Awards celebrated Black excellence with performances and major wins for Kendrick Lamar, SZA, and more—here’s the full list of winners.

The 2025 BET Awards lit up the screen on Monday night, 9 June 2025, in a star-studded ceremony celebrating Black excellence in music, film, television, and sports.

Everything that went down at the BET Awards 2025

Hosted by comedian Kevin Hart, the event was broadcast across multiple channels including BET, MTV, and Paramount Network.

It was a night packed with performances, reunions, surprises — and, of course, a long list of award winners.

The show opened with a bold and cheeky monologue from Hart, who didn’t hold back in calling out celebrities in the crowd.

The energy kept building with a performance lineup that blended nostalgia and new-school heat. Viewers were treated to a 106 & Park reunion, with Ashanti, Amerie, Keyshia Cole, and Mya sharing the stage before T.I. took over with classics like Bring Em Out and What You Know.

The throwbacks didn’t stop there—B2K returned in crisp white outfits to perform Bump, Bump, Bump, followed by Bow Wow, rounding off a trip down memory lane.

The night also included a sneak peek at 106 & Sports, a new show debuting in the fall with Cam Newton as host.

This offshoot of the original will cover sports with a twist—expect a strong focus on fashion and cultural commentary.

Kendrick Lamar led the night with 10 nominations and walked away with five wins, including Album of the Year for GNX and Video of the Year for Not Like Us.

His collaboration with SZA on Luther also took home the Best Collaboration award.

SZA, in her own right, was crowned Best Female R&B/Pop Artist.
