The countdown to Hey Neighbour Festival 2025 has officially begun, with organisers launching Phase 1 of the campaign by confirming their first international headliner: Doja Cat.

Hey Neighbour 2025: Here are the headliners
The Grammy-winning artist is set to headline the festival’s second season at Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria, bringing her genre-blending style and energetic stage presence to South African fans for the first time.
Doja Cat, known for global hits such as Say So, Woman, Paint the Town Red, and Kiss Me More, has become a standout figure in contemporary pop and rap, recognised for her dynamic performances and unconventional artistry.
Festival CEO Glen Netshipise shared his excitement about the announcement, calling her the “perfect artist to kick off what will be an epic festival lineup.”
UK rap sensation Central Cee has officially been announced as the next top-draw headliner for the festival set to take place from Saturday, 30 August to Sunday, 31 August at Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria.
The artist will lead the lineup on Day One of the festival, bringing his global hits and signature style to a South African stage for the first time.
On Monday, 30 June 2025, the festival announced Black Coffee as the main headliner on Day 2, alongside a slew of local talent, including R&B sensation, Elaine.
Organisers hinted that more big names will be announced soon, but for now, Central Cee’s booking is the centrepiece of the opening day.
Hey Neighbour festival dates for 2025
Hey Neighbour 2025 is scheduled to take place from Friday, 29 August to Sunday, 31 August 2025.
The three-day music and lifestyle festival will return to its flagship venue at Legends Adventure Farm, located along the R515 near Rhino Park in Pretoria.
Festivalgoers can expect gates to open daily at 12:00, with closing times set for 22:00.
Following a successful debut season, this year’s festival is expected to expand on its format by offering large-scale music performances, curated food and fashion zones, immersive brand activations, and interactive experiences over the course of the weekend.
